Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 7 business days after we receive your payment, excluding weekends and holidays. This is the time it takes for our team to prepare, inspect, and pack your order before it ships out. During busy periods, such as after major tournaments or holiday sales, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always do our best to get your order out as soon as possible.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Shipping Options & Delivery Times
We offer free standard shipping on all orders worldwide! No minimum purchase required. Here are the estimated delivery times based on your location, after your order has been processed:
- United States: 7-15 business days
- Canada: 8-18 business days
- United Kingdom & Europe: 7-16 business days
- Australia & New Zealand: 10-20 business days
- Rest of the World: 12-25 business days
Please note that these are estimated times, and actual delivery may vary slightly due to customs processing, local postal service delays, or other unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs or local delivery partners.
Customs & Import Taxes
For international orders, you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or other fees charged by your local government when your package arrives. These fees are not included in the price of your order or our shipping costs, and they are your responsibility as the customer. We cannot predict what these fees may be, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing your order to avoid unexpected charges.
Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but you have not received it, please contact your local post office first. They may have more information about the delivery location. If you still cannot locate your package, please contact us at

Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can update your address for you as long as your order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once your order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
